What can a private concierge help with?
Restaurant requests, arrivals, private transfers, chauffeur assistance, hotel coordination, yacht or gulet enquiries, guided experiences and personal concierge attendance. The scope is shaped around your plans and confirmed before work begins.
Can I request more than one service?
Yes. Select all relevant services in the private enquiry form. Related arrangements can then be considered as one coordinated brief.
Is my reservation confirmed when I submit the form?
No. A form submission begins the enquiry process. Availability, suitability, fees and any supplier terms must be confirmed separately in writing.
How are fees agreed?
Fees depend on the scope and duration of the assistance. Applicable concierge fees, third-party costs and payment arrangements are discussed before you commit. There is no automatic charge through this website.
Can you arrange sold-out venues or guaranteed access?
Every request is subject to availability and the venue or service provider’s own policies. Specific access, upgrades or reservations cannot be guaranteed before written confirmation.
Do you work beyond Istanbul?
Enquiries can include other destinations in Türkiye, such as Cappadocia, Bodrum, the Turquoise Coast and Mardin. Feasibility, local arrangements and the scope of assistance are reviewed for each request.
Can hotels and travel professionals work with you?
Yes. Hotels and international travel partners have dedicated enquiry routes for service support, guest assistance and professional collaboration.
What information should I share?
Your preferred services, dates if known, destination, number of guests and contact details are enough to begin. Please do not submit passport details, payment information or sensitive personal records through this form.
What happens if my plans change?
Tell us as soon as possible. Changes and cancellations depend on the arrangements and supplier terms agreed for your request; these are reviewed before confirmation.
